At the E&L Insurance I have always found not only agents that were able to help find the best quotes and policies for my family but also most accommodating and patient team. For someone that has a small child it mattered so much to have an agent that didn't pressure, was flexible with my best time to talk, was understanding when our conversations were often interrupted by baby cries, was professional and empathetic!

A fantastic small business. Gave me nothing but the best service and I never had to physically go to the office. They were able to help me completely doing all the business remotely. Amazing. I have multiple policies and they all were done in ways that increased my coverage AND saved me money. They are so patient and professional. I was not happy with my insurance agent so my friend recommended E&L. I have not regretted that change. Lynne is always on top of our insurance needs. Even better, Gabriel is now on top of our car insurance and saved us a bit of money amd time. I myself come from a small business background and happy to support one myself that has great service.
